Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your archery needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. Some Asian regions and remote areas may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for:
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Return shipping costs if applicable
- Marking customs forms as “RETURNED GOODS” for returns
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. Your gear must be:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and performance integrity, these items cannot be returned:
- Bow Stringers (potential stretching/wear)
- Used Bag Target Covers (arrow impact marks compromise integrity)
- Opened Hex & Torx Sets (must remain sealed for tool integrity)

2. Receive Authorization
