Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. All returned items must be:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bow Stringers (due to potential stretching/wear)
- Used Bag Target Covers (arrow impact marks compromise integrity)
- Opened Hex & Torx Sets (must remain sealed for tool integrity)

Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
2. Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will email:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
3. Package & Ship
Securely pack items using original packaging. Include:
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- Copy of your order confirmation
- RMA number clearly visible on exterior

4. Processing Your Return
Upon receipt at our facility:
- Inspection occurs within 3 business days
- Refunds processed within 5 business days post-approval
- Exchanges shipped via your original delivery method
Refund Details
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items or our errors.
Exchange Policy
For size or product exchanges:
- We’ll ship the replacement once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Expedited shipping available at additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms must be marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties
- Allow extra processing time for international shipments
Damaged or Defective Items
If your 3D target or precision tool arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedited replacement
